DEVELOPE A HEALTHY HABITS TO TRANSFORM YOUR DAILY LIFE

In today's world time is valuable, we have less and less of it. The best way to take advantage of this time is by learning how to develop healthy habits that can transform your life. How many times have you set a goal for yourself only to realize that it didn't last? It's easy to fall back into old routines; however, with a new year comes new goals and a fresh start. Take back control and improve the quality of your life by developing the following healthy habits below.

We all want to develop healthy habits, but our busy lives often get in the way. With so much uncertainty and difficulty in our modern lives, it is more important than ever to develop healthier daily routines.

This Healthy Habits is a guide that teaches simple yet powerful methods to help you develop healthy habits to transform the quality of your life. A habit is what you repeatedly do, and this guide teaches you how to change any bad habit into a good one─how to change your bad health into good health, emotions into happiness, and finances into wealth.

HEALTHY HABITS TO TRANSFORM YOUR LIFE

One of the best ways to become healthier is to establish healthy habits. By developing healthy habits, you will lose weight and gain confidence. With this article, you will create new healthy habits that will lead you to a happier and healthier life.

1. Be Aware (Mindfulness)
Being aware of how we are and what we do currently may solve half the problem. Scientifically, our brain loves consistency. Doing certain things repeatedly in a set of manner invokes a desirable sensation in the human mind. This is perhaps why we perform a lot of our daily activities mechanically.

We know we are doing our daily activities, but we aren’t conscious about how or why we are doing them. And that’s not always a good thing. Most people have their favorite movie or web series streaming in front of them during every single meal. Naturally, we don’t pay much attention to how much we are eating. The same is true for a lot of our habits, such as brushing and sleeping.

The first step towards a healthier lifestyle is to become mindful of how we are living right now. Take note of every single thing you do daily for a week.

2. Plan it Up
Everything is achievable once you break it down into small manageable steps. Planning is key to bringing concrete, sustainable changes in any facet of our life. Developing habits that transform our body and mind will need at least some level of planning. And that’s something most of us fail to do.
We do not need to plan every minute of our day to make the most of it, fitness-wise at least. All we need to do is plan how we will incorporate those two or three healthy habits into an otherwise busy schedule. The better you plan, the easier it is to follow.

3. Stay on Track
Doing positive things for yourself can feel exciting and rewarding. But there will also be times when you wonder if you can stick with it.
“Identify negative thoughts and turn them into realistic, productive ones,” Marsch advises.
Keeping a record can help. You can use a paper journal, computer program, or mobile app to note things like your diet, exercise, stress levels, or sleep patterns. A study of people who lost at least 30 pounds and kept the weight off for at least a year found that they often tracked their progress closely.
“Even when you think you’re about to ‘fall off the wagon,’ hold on,” Czajkowski says. “Continue to track your behavior. Sometimes when you feel like you’re failing, you can learn the most.”
Marsch and others are working on digital technologies, like mobile apps, that could support you in a moment of weakness. Her team is also using technology to learn more about how to measure and increase the ability to monitor and control our behavior.

4. Drink 1 extra glass of water a day
It’s nothing new that there are health benefits to drinking more water. It helps keep your temperature normal, lubricates and cushions joints, protects your spinal cord and other sensitive tissues and gets rid of wastes through urination, sweat and bowel movements. Since 50 to 75% of your weight is water, drinking some plain old H2O is imperative in keeping your body working the best it can and staying hydrated. If plain water isn’t your favorite, you can add flavor to your water to help up your intake.

5.  Be Patient
Sometimes when you’re trying to adopt healthier habits, other health issues can get in the way.
“When you’re really struggling with these behaviors, ask yourself if more is going on,” Czajkowski says. “For example, mental health conditions like depression and anxiety can be tied to unhealthy behaviors.”
A health professional can work with you to address any underlying issues to make change feel easier and to help you be more successful.

6. Get Smart
We live in a digital world, and we are leaving behind a digital footprint of all our activities. There are ways to track these activities by using fitness apps such as HealthifyMe that come with health trackers. Since we carry our phones everywhere we go, they can be our perfect health monitors. For all the flak technology receives about ruining human health, it can do us some good too, don’t you think?

Finally, consider getting out of your office once a day for a short walk. It's not only good for your health to move around a bit, but it's also good for your creative productivity. The variety of stimuli that you'll encounter will often jog new insights, and the break from "the grind" will allow your mind to form patterns out of loose connections that are often overlooked in the hustle of your workspace.
Whatever they are, make sure that you have a set of practices to ground you and help you maintain stability in the midst of uncertainty. The infrastructure you build is into your day is what will sustain you when life and work are stretching you beyond your limits.

KNOW THE SIGNS OF DIABETES (10 WARNING SIGNS OF PREDIABETES)

Diabetes is a chronic medical condition in which the body either produces no insulin and/or cannot effectively utilize the insulin it produces. Overall death rates for people with diabetes are about twice as high as those without the disease.
